Every year the community of Sacramental parents and guardians support each by generously helping out as we host the celebrations. As you all know this is a very busy time for the parish and we really need help.
To ensure everything goes smoothly for the children, parents & guardians, parishioners, the Celebrants and the Sacramental team so all have a wonderful day help is required. Can you give a morning to help in late April and May.
We need approximately 10 people per ceremony (which is over 100 people in total) to help with welcoming people or as carpark attendants. Support from parents, guardians and others from the community would really be appreciated.
This year we are asking for your help to:
- Welcome families into the church
- Assist with car parking
- Managing the Audio-Visual presentations (PowerPoint) – note training will be provided.
Giving your valuable time to support the community will ensure that every child and their parents and guardians have the same wonderful experience when celebrating the Sacraments, so we are making this appeal to you for your assistance.
