Mass times for Ash Wednesday, the first day of Lent, which falls on the 14th of February.
We receive ashes on the forehead as a sign of our faith and as a reminder of our earthly mortality.
Masses will be said at 9.30am in St. Joseph’s Church, Newtown and at 10am in St. Anthony’s Church, Kilcoole and The Holy Rosary Church, Greystones.
Ashes will be distributed at these Masses and will also be available throughout the day.
