Most of our information will be sent by email.

On occasion, we may wish to notify you of specific events or information at short notice and will send this directly to your mobile phone if you have provided a number.

Where you don't have an email or mobile number, we will call you on the landline number you provided and discuss with you, how best we can keep connected.

In order to save costs when we are sending messages to your phone, we will use some of the on-line messaging services such as WhatsApp in preference to texting.

This will help us in knowing the spread of those on our Stay Connected list and also aid us in informing you as specific places begin to reopen and or services resume in them.
