A special Commissioning event for Ministers of the Eucharist took place at the Pro-Cathedral last Saturday morning, 14th December.
The Mass was celebrated by Bishop Paul Dempsey. Two people were commissioned for our Pastoral Area by Bishop Dempsey: Georgina Hatton and Ann Corrigan. They each received a ‘Monstrance’ pin in recognition of their service.
There will be two Diocesan Eucharistic Adoration Committees. One committee for Dublin South and the other for Dublin North. Georgina Hatton will be on the Dublin South Diocesan Committee. Ann Corrigan will help out locally and where needed in the future.
We wish Georgina and Ann very well in their roles and all the others who were also commissioned by the Bishop on Saturday.
